About our Terms
These Terms explain how you may use this app (the "App") which is available for download free of charge. They apply to the use of services provided by Bobbll Ltd, a company incorporated in Scotland under number SC637487 and having its registered office at 272 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4JR ("we", "us" or "our") through the App.
Someone who uses the services available through the App (the "Services") is referred to as a "User", "you" or "your" and will be using the Services either as an Employer or as an Applicant.
An Employer is a User who has registered with an Employer account on the WEBSITE and post jobs that will be visible on the APP.
An Applicant is a User who has registered with an Applicant account on the App. In order to register as an Applicant you must be over the age of 16. It is essential that you give your correct date of birth as a job may require you to be a minimum age. By registering as an Applicant with the App you also warrant and confirm that you have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
You should read these Terms carefully before using the App.
By accessing or using the App or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the documents referred to in them.
If you do not agree with or accept any of these Terms, you should stop using the App immediately.

Using the App
You agree that you are solely responsible for:
all costs and expenses you may incur in relation to your use of the App; and
keeping your password and other account details confidential.
The App is intended for use only by those who can access it from within the UK. If you choose to access the App from locations outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with local laws where they are applicable.

We may prevent or suspend your access to the App if you do not comply with any part of these Terms, any terms or policies to which they refer or any applicable law.
Our role
The purpose of the App is to act as a means of allowing Employers to advertise a job vacancy (the "Vacancy" or "Vacancies") to Applicants, to provide a platform to allow Applicants to view the Vacancies and to provide a means of suggesting an Applicant with a Vacancy.
We have no further role or responsibilities and in particular it is drawn to the attention of Users that:
while we shall use all reasonable endeavours to keep the App available at all times, access is subject to internet availability and we may also require to carry out maintenance or upgrades to the App;
the content of your Profile (as defined at condition 4) and the content of any Vacancy is uploaded entirely by the User who has sole responsibility for its content;
while we facilitate the process, we are not party to any contract between an Employer and an Applicant and are not responsible in any way for any action, inaction, performance or non-performance by any Applicant;
we do not verify the identity of any User nor the content of any Profile or Vacancy However, if we become aware that information contained within a Profile or Vacancy created on your account is inaccurate or misleading we reserve the right to amend the Profile or Vacancy and may cancel your registration with us.
User Profile and Accounts
Users are responsible for all information they post or upload to the App, for the content of their Profiles and for their own security in connection with our services, both online and offline.
When registering to use the App, Users will be required to complete a questionnaire (the"Questionnaire") giving details of (a) in the case of an Applicant their experience, location, availability, relevant qualifications, [salary expectation] and type of Vacancy which would be of interest to them and (b) in the case of an Employer their business and location. This information will be used to suggest the Applicant with a Vacancy.
All Users will then create a profile, either an Applicant Profile ("Applicant Profile") or an Employer Profile ("Employer Profile") (together the "Profiles"). An Applicant Profile will include information which is made available to Employers, and an Employer Profile will include information which is made available to Applicants. Certain information will only be made available to us to allow us to provide the Services ("Private Profile"). By uploading such information Users consent to our using it to provide services through the App and acknowledge and agree that the contents of their Profiles, but not their Private Profile, will be made available to other Users.
Users warrant and confirm that all content in their Profiles is accurate and not misleading.
Users must exercise their own judgement regarding the accuracy of information provided on the App. We cannot guarantee that all of the content on the App is complete, accurate or up- to-date.
Users are responsible for all use made of their account. When registering to use the App, Users will be required to set up a password for their account. Users are responsible for all transactions or use made of their account through their password. You should contact us immediately if you believe unauthorised use has been made of your account.
If, in our opinion (which need not be reasonable), any User fails to comply with these terms and conditions or makes inappropriate use of the App, we may immediately suspend or terminate their account and/or access to the App.
Deleting your account. If you are wishing to merely cancel, then please remove the App from your phone.  delete your account please contact  stating you wish to delete your account and our Customer Service team will provide you with a Delete Account Request Form. Once you receive please complete all the fields of the form. Upon receiving the completed deletion form, we will delete your data within 28 days of your request and will be unable to respond to you past this point. Bobbll reserves the right to keep a redacted document of your details to comply with legal regulations and potential legal disputes or proceedings.
Matching Employer and Applicant
When an Applicant searches for a job, they will enter their preference of location, job type, minimum salary, availability which will generate a list of Vacancies that meet such search criteria based on the information the Employer provided regarding the Vacancy.
If the Applicant indicates they wish to be considered for the Vacancy (interest or non-interest being indicated by swiping left or right) the relevant Employer will be notified of the Applicant's interest in the Vacancy (the "Interest") and be able to access the Applicant's Profile. [Note that the order in which Vacancies appear in a list of those who meet the search criteria may be influenced by promotional advertising payments received by us.]
After an Interest is indicated to the Employer, the Employer will advice us if they wish to consider any Applicant for the Vacancy (a "Match") and if so the Applicant will be notified. The Applicant will receive an email as well as a pop-up notification notifying them of a Match. At this point the Applicant will be prompted to provide their full contact details through the APP which will enable the Employer to contact the Applicant directly.
Our role is only to facilitate a Match. Once a Match occurs, Applicants and Employers will communicate directly and carry out their own discussions and negotiations. Applicants must satisfy themselves as to the terms of any Vacancy and its suitability. No warranty is given nor is to be implied regarding the Vacancy, the Employer or any matter relating to either of them.
Applicants must use their own judgement about the services of Employers detailed on the App. Applicants are responsible for checking the credentials, expertise, location, accuracy and conditions of any Employer with whom they make an Offer.
Your privacy and personal information
Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our privacy policy, which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us and supervisory authorities in the event you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information

Ownership, use and intellectual property rights
The App and all intellectual property rights in it including but not limited to any content which is uploaded by you into a Profile are owned by us. Intellectual property rights means rights such as: copyright, trade marks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind whether or not they are registered or unregistered (anywhere in the world). We reserve all of our rights in any intellectual property in connection with these Terms. This means, for example, that we remain owners of them and free to use them as we see fit.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any legal rights in the App other than as necessary to enable you to access the App. You agree not to adjust to try to circumvent or delete any notices contained on the App (including any intellectual property notices) and in particular in any digital rights or other security technology embedded or contained within the App.
Submitting information to the App
While we try to make sure that the App is secure, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you supply to us and therefore we cannot guarantee that it will be kept confidential. For that reason, you should not let us have any data or any other information that you regard as confidential, personally or commercially sensitive or valuable ("Unwanted Submissions"). While we value your feedback, you agree not to submit any Unwanted Submissions.
If you do provide any Unwanted Submissions we may use them in any way we see fit on a free-of-charge basis (bear in mind that we have no way of knowing whether such information is confidential, personally commercially sensitive or valuable because we do not monitor the App to check for these matters). Therefore, we will not be legally responsible for keeping any Unwanted Submissions confidential nor will we be legally responsible to you or anybody else for any use of such Unwanted Submissions.
Limitation on our liability
Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury) or arising under applicable laws relating to the protection of your personal information, we are not legally responsible for any:
losses that were not foreseeable to you and us when these Terms were formed or were not caused by any breach on our part;
business losses; and
losses to non-consumers.
We may change these terms and conditions by posting the revised version on the App at least 14 days before they become effective. Please check the App from time to time. You will be bound by the revised terms and conditions if you continue to use the App or the services following the effective date shown.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish law and the courts of Scotland shall have non- exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
If any clause or any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable in law, the other terms and conditions will remain in force.
